Armand Ribas, CEO.
Heads up ARC. Previously a manager in the financial sector for twenty-one years, his work has involved risk analysis of SMEs for the concession of various financial instruments.
Specialises in the analysis and design of the economic and financial strategy of our clients and their projects. With a keen ability to
understand companies’ aims and desires, he has achieved multiple businesses successes. Holds an Executive MBA (EAE Business School) and a Technical Masters (Industrial School, Escola Tècnica del Clot, Barcelona) as well as European Project Management (Acció/La Salle), as well as specific Education in Marketing (AULA), finances and management of Human Resources.
Richard Croyle, BEng, CEng, CTO.
Has over fifteen years of experience successfully managing and designing technology for various large-scale European and International Projects across Telecommunications, Energy and other Industrial sectors. Richard is an Approved Expert Evaluator and Reviewer for the European Commission (H2020 and Eureka-Eurostars), is a Catalan Government (Acció) accredited assessor for the Technical Development of businesses and for H2020 projects. He also holds three patents in the area of connectivity and combines a solid technical background with a broad business understanding and clear customer focus.
Prior to joining ARC, Richard worked for 11 years at Nokia where he led the development of GPS, USB and other embedded systems technology for mobile phones sold worldwide. Richard has also successfully managed various multi-million Euro projects developing Internet-of-Things solutions.
He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Chartered Engineer status at the UKs Institution of Engineers and Technicians (The IET).
